To transfer your preferred media onto the memory frame, follow these steps:
- Connect the frame to your computer using the provided cable.
- Ensure that all videos are of 720p quality or lower for compatibility.
- Once connected, you'll find two folders: "picture" and "video."
- Place your pictures in the "picture" folder and videos in the "video" folder.
- Once you've transferred your files, safely eject the frame like you would a USB stick.
- Unplug the frame, and you're all set to enjoy your media!
